An environmentally conscious and sustainable residential building designed by Robert A. M. Stern and developed during David Wine’s tenure at Related, Tribeca Green is constructed of 10% recycled sourced materials and 40% New York City-local materials. Conservation and sustainability are key with rainwater and wastewater recycling systems, photovoltaic paneling on the penthouse level, energy-efficient electrical, heating and cooling systems and a “green” roof landscaped to absorb solar heat.
